What does A Day in Montreal actually look like?
Ten hours in-person at my workspace in Montreal. You fly in, we spend the day working through one focused strategic topic, and you leave with a written recommendations document delivered within 7 days. Includes 30-day post-session async access for clarifying questions. Travel and accommodations are your responsibility.
Who qualifies for the retainer?
The monthly retainer is reserved for agencies and operators doing $10K+/mo in revenue. This isn't gatekeeping — it's fit. Sustained strategic advisory creates the most value when the client has revenue to act on the advice. Application required, I review each one personally.
I'm under $10K/mo — can I still work with you?
Yes — Strategy Call and Day in Montreal have no revenue qualification. Many earlier-stage operators use Strategy Calls to get unstuck on a specific decision. The retainer is the only tier with the $10K+/mo gate.
Can I get a refund if I don't get value?
Strategy Call and Day in Montreal sessions are non-refundable once delivered. If you need to reschedule with at least 48 hours notice, no problem. The retainer has a 3-month minimum commitment, after which you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Does the Strategy Call credit toward bigger engagements?
Yes. The full $497 Strategy Call fee credits 100% toward any retainer or Day in Montreal booked within 30 days of your call. The Strategy Call essentially functions as a deposit if you decide to go deeper.
