1. About us
The site at allthingsghl.com and the Super Tools family are operated by 9264-4079 Québec inc, a corporation registered in the Province of Québec, Canada. Throughout these Terms, 9264-4079 Québec inc is referred to as "Super Tools Group of Companies" (also "Super Tools", "we", "us", "our") — that is a trade name for the same legal entity. Our principal place of business is in Côte-Saint-Luc, Québec, Canada. You can reach us at supertools00 [at] gmail.com.
2. The site & the Super Tools family
These are the master Terms for everything Super Tools Group of Companies operates. They cover both (a) the website at allthingsghl.com — content, product information, free resources, and curated recommendations for agencies and operators using the HighLevel (GoHighLevel) platform — and (b) the Super Tools family of products (collectively, the "Services"):
- SuperFunnels AI — AI-generated HighLevel funnels — superfunnelsai.com
- Super Snapshot AI — export 30+ HighLevel asset types to Excel and JSON — supersnapshotai.com
- Super Editor — open any public HighLevel page directly in the editor — supereditor.cc
- Super Cloner — clone any public HighLevel funnel or website — supercloner.app
- Super Ledger AI — white-label client portals and automated ROI reporting for HighLevel agencies (coming soon)
- SuperMigrator — HighLevel account migration — allthingsghl.com/super-tools/super-migrator
References to "a Service" mean whichever site or tool(s) you use. The specific commercial terms presented at checkout for a given tool (plan, price, trial length, seat or usage limits) apply to that purchase and prevail over these Terms only to the extent of a direct conflict, and only for that tool.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the site or any Service. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you are authorized to access and act on any HighLevel accounts, pages, or data on which you use a Service.
4. Affiliate disclosure
Some links on the site — particularly in My Stack and Resources — are affiliate links. When you sign up for a product through one of those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we genuinely use or have used. All affiliate links carry rel="sponsored noopener" per FTC compliance, and we disclose the relationship visibly on the pages where those links appear. Affiliate commissions do not influence our editorial coverage — we recommend products on merit.
5. Intellectual property
Our content
All content and software across the Services — including text, graphics, logos, brand marks, design, code, the "All Things GHL" name, and the "Super Tools" naming and design — is owned by or licensed to 9264-4079 Québec inc (Super Tools Group of Companies) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use (including reproduction, redistribution, modification, scraping, or commercial use) requires our prior written permission.
Trademarks
"All Things GHL", "Super Tools", "SuperFunnels AI", "Super Snapshot AI", "Super Editor", "Super Cloner", "Super Ledger AI", and "SuperMigrator" are trademarks of 9264-4079 Québec inc. HighLevel and GoHighLevel are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with, owned by, or controlled by HighLevel HQ. Third-party trademarks shown on the Services (HighLevel, Stripe, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Your feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the site or any Super Tool, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use that feedback in any way without obligation to you.
6. Accounts & licenses
Access to paid Services is granted through a license or account tied to the CRM URL(s), workspace, or seats permitted by your plan for that tool. You are responsible for safeguarding your license keys and credentials and for all activity under your license. License keys may not be shared, resold, or used outside the licensed scope of your plan.
License scope and binding
Each paid license is personal, non-transferable, and bound to one operator. Where a Service is technically capable of doing so (including browser extensions and other client software), we may bind your license to your installation identifier, browser fingerprint, operating system, machine, IP range, and/or the specific CRM URLs you activated against. Concurrent use of a single license by more than one operator, or use from materially different devices or locations than those bound at activation, is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate suspension or revocation.
No transfer or resale
You may not transfer, sell, lend, sublicense, lease, or otherwise convey your license, in whole or in part, to any other person or entity without our prior written approval. Any purported transfer in violation of this section is void.
Browser extensions and client software
Where a Service is distributed as a browser extension or other client software, the license grants you the right to install and use the official, unmodified build only. You may not (a) modify, patch, repackage, or redistribute the extension or any portion of its source, compiled, or obfuscated artifacts; (b) sideload, publish, or otherwise distribute the extension or any derivative through any channel other than the official distribution channel we designate; or (c) operate, host, or substitute any backend, configuration source, or update endpoint other than the official ones we operate.
7. Subscriptions, billing & trials
- Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our third-party payment processor at the rates shown at checkout for each tool.
- Trials. Where a free trial is offered, your plan converts to a paid subscription if you do not cancel before the trial ends.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation. You may cancel any tool at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
- Price changes. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice. Any founding-member or locked-rate commitments are honored per their stated terms.
- Taxes. Stated prices exclude applicable taxes (including, where applicable, Canadian GST/QST), which are your responsibility.
8. Third-party services
The Services use or link to third-party services, including:
- Stripe — payment processing for products purchased through our properties
- Google Fonts — typography served via
fonts.googleapis.com - Tailwind CDN — CSS framework served via
cdn.tailwindcss.com - HighLevel / GoHighLevel — the platform our tools integrate with
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery
- Facebook — community group at facebook.com/groups/allthingsghl
Each third party has its own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.
9. Acceptable use
Across all Services, you agree not to:
- Use any Service for an unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Access pages, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission
- Scrape, harvest, mine, or systematically extract data using automated means (other than legitimate search-engine and AI-engine crawlers respecting our
robots.txt) - Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, or perform any form of static or runtime code analysis on any Service or its source, compiled, or obfuscated artifacts — including, without limitation, analysis performed by or with the assistance of artificial-intelligence systems, machine-learning models, large-language-model agents, or any other automated code-understanding tool — except to the limited extent expressly permitted by mandatory applicable law (and only after first notifying us in writing of the intended purpose and scope)
- Modify, patch, replace, hook, or substitute any portion of the Service to bypass, weaken, or defeat authentication, license validation, server-side authorization, operation logging, telemetry, fingerprint binding, or any other enforcement mechanism we operate — including by intercepting, replaying, forging, or otherwise tampering with requests, responses, signed tokens, configuration blobs, or other server-issued artifacts
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, republish, sideload, or operate a copy, fork, derivative, or modified version of any Service — including by publishing to any browser extension store, marketplace, package registry, or distribution channel other than the official channel we designate
- Use any Service, or any extract or derivative of any Service, to build, train, host, operate, market, or sell a competing product or service — including but not limited to: republishing a modified bundle under a different name, hosting an alternative backend or "private mode" that purports to provide equivalent functionality, or training models on our code, recipes, configurations, or transformation logic
- Circumvent license, plan, seat, rate, or feature limits, or share, lend, lease, or transfer license keys outside their licensed scope
- Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content, or disrupt or compromise the Services or others' systems
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Each of the foregoing is a material breach. We may suspend or terminate access without notice, in addition to all other rights and remedies available to us under these Terms and applicable law (including injunctive relief, monetary damages, and recovery of legal fees per §14).
10. Relationship to HighLevel
The Super Tools are independent third-party software. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by HighLevel. "HighLevel" and "GoHighLevel" and related names and marks are the property of their respective owners. Your use of HighLevel remains governed by your separate agreement with HighLevel.
11. Not professional advice
Content on the site is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, business, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation. Use of the Services does not create a client-advisor relationship.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT, OR THAT ANY TOOL WILL REMAIN COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY HIGHLEVEL CONFIGURATION OR THIRD-PARTY CHANGE.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 9264-4079 QUÉBEC INC (SUPER TOOLS GROUP OF COMPANIES), ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (b) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 9264-4079 Québec inc (Super Tools Group of Companies) and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service if you breach these Terms or use a Service in a manner that may cause harm or legal exposure, and otherwise as permitted by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
16. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the judicial district of Montréal, Québec, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts — except where mandatory consumer-protection law (including Québec's Consumer Protection Act) provides otherwise.
